Hi my name is Verdell”Vee”Ferguson. I’m 44 years old. I’ve been a Personal Fitness Coach at Exercise Inc since 2004. I was born and raised in Gary, Indiana where I attended Lew Wallace High School. I received a scholarship to play football at Illinois State University, where I studied mass communications (radio/television), I also attended Vincennes University, where I studied culinary arts. The culinary arts training helps a great deal when it comes to helping clients deal with food issues. I am currently writing my first book about cooking once a week for the entire week. I also like to compete professionally on the BBQ circuit. Some of my other hobbies are catering, working as a personal chef, and mountain biking. Helping people improve their health through weight loss or just better overall fitness really brings me joy. |
